Diving Permits and Local Federations in Spain 

Permits for subaqua diving in Spain. Apart from the information given here, note that for diving in marine reserves and national parks such as the Medas Islands (see below) you will be required to obtain a licence for each day's diving, usually from the nearest Tourist Information Office, and may have to turn up early to do so, numbers being limited.
