Lineker's Bar 

One of a chain of bars stretching from Tenerife to Cyprus and named after the eponymous football star. The site is impeccably designed and quite fun, though I think the most illuminating information given is that "Lineker’s Bar in Cala D’Or is the only place where you can party until 3am." Three am? That's practically early evening by Spanish standards.
