Cordoba Tourist Board

Cordoba is one of the great Moorish cities of Spain, a total delight for visitors, with its unmistakably Andalusian streets and patios and the awesome Great Mosque, and this tourist information site finally does it justice. Cordoba the city, where to stay, where to eat, what to do, events and festivals, places to visit, shopping, Córdoba province, a virtual tour, monuments and museums (including opening hours), a downloadable pdf map, a pdf "magazine" (in Spanish) and more tourist information. "Cordoba: a bird's eye view" offers a link to a spectacular Microsoft Virtual Earth view of Cordoba's Great Mosque.

Córdoba 24

Very nicely made commercial portal for the city of Córdoba, impeccable except for an overemphasis on the ampersand. "Sights & more" covers the city sights, historic quarters, streets and squares, parks and gardens, churches and other attractions. "Hotels & more" is exactly what you would expect, as is "Eat & drink," "Action & fun" lists things to do in and around Córdoba, "Shopping & more" unsurprisingly covers shops, "Info & knowledge" (an interesting distinction in another context) mixes basic facts, history and other background stuff with more practical matters like Getting Around Córdoba or How to Get There, and "Live & reside" (sorry, don't get the distinction there) is currently empty. Take no notice of my flippancy, it's a great little site.

Córdoba Card

More comprehensive than similar Cityname Cards, including not only admission to (as far as I can tell) all Cordoba's sights and museums, but also the bus ride out to the archaeological site of the Moorish city of Medina Azahara.

Noches de Embrujo

Noches de Embrujo, nights of enchantment, the forgivably twee name for Córdoba's summer festival, running from June through September. Lovely music in the intro to this website (the videos don't work in Firefox, as usual).
