San Vicente de la Barquera 

A gorgeous fishing village, in the middle of a nature reserve (the Parque Natural de Oyambre) for added interest, with a population of less than 5,000 and nearly fifty restaurants. This municipal website is in Spanish only, in spite of the Union Jack.
