Huelva

The province of Huelva has a mixture of the most amazing nature (Doñana, for example) and the often sordid remains of its once thriving industry. Its capital is more than a little backward and depressed, and it is not really surprising that this municipal website is pretty horrible. It is only available in Spanish, but you are not missing anything.

Ayamonte and Isla Canela

Ayamonte is an interesting border town from where to catch the ferry to Portugal. Isla Canela is an adjacent resort with, as this site says, wonderful beaches. This is a messy guide not recently updated, though the Costa Esuri forum is quite active, especially now that the development's promotors have gone into suspension of payments.
