Finisterre 

Finis terrae, the end of the earth, land's end, Finisterre in Spanish and Fisterra in Galician. Like most Land's Ends, Finisterre is a dramatic sea- and landscape, a headland with rugged cliffs beaten by Atlantic waves. It is the last stage, or a kind of epilogue if you like, for the Camino de Santiago, and the custom of extending the journey from Santiago de Compostela to the sea here is the reason the scallop is the symbol of the camino. This is the website of the small town of the same name, now available in Spanish and English (not terribly good English, not that it matters) as well as Galician. It contains all the information you would expect - history, fiestas, beaches, nature, accommodation, restaurants, and so on. More surprisingly, it has some great stories, for example under Tourism > Legends - the story of the witch Orca Vella is Celtic superstition at its most spine-chilling.
