CyberSpain
Likeable, though vaguely focused country guide, evidently produced by Spanish-speakers and not updated properly for years.Added on: 28-Jan-2005 | hits: 342

OK Spain
Exactly what the difference between the Tourist Office of Spain and the Instituto de Turismo is is a mystery. Never mind, this is a highly informative site, easy and pleasant to use, though it has less depth of information than the TourSpain site listed on this page. Put it number three on your list of Spain information sites.Added on: 28-Jan-2005 | hits: 349

Spanish Senses
"Spain is considered like a subcontinent due its extreme diversity of cultures, landscapes and history. In order to get to know this vast and fascinating country a little better we offer five categories to enjoy Spain with the five senses: buildings, recipes, wines, movies and musical tradition."Added on: 28-Nov-2006 | hits: 246

TourSpain
Whether TourSpain or TurEspaña is the Spanish Tourist Board or the Instituto de Turismo, as you would expect for the second most visited country in the world (the first is France), its website is very complete, professional, informative and entertaining, and should be your second choice for information about the country. The first? Spain and Portugal for Visitors, what else?Added on: 28-Jan-2005 | hits: 404

Travel Intelligence on Spain
A must for anyone who appreciates good travel writing, many of this site's writers are first class and those that are not are damned close - not worse, but less good. Travel-writer-speak ("Nature was generous with Granada's setting") slips through so occasionally that it is jarring when it does. Although the stories are not always as centred on the place in question as the reader might like, the articles cover a good range of the locations a traveller is likely to be interested in: Granada, Seville, Madrid, Barcelona, the Way to Santiago... The hotel reviews are interesting and sometimes mouth-watering and, as a bonus, links under "Before You Die" bring up memorable quotes.Added on: 28-Jan-2005 | hits: 285

Typically Spanish
Like Spain and Portugal for Visitors, Typically Spanish is maintained single-handed and if only for that reason is a remarkable achievement. Its creator is Howard Brereton, an English freelance broadcaster based in the south of Spain. The site has a directory structure and an enormous amount of information, though this is not always as easy to find as it might be, and occasionally out of date.Added on: 28-Jan-2005 | hits: 424
