Cámara Municipal de Vila Real de Santo António

Spaniards cross the Guadiana by the busload to visit Vila Real de Santo António and buy linen and towels, and its streets are often lined with stalls selling tablecloths and bathrobes. It is the most easterly borough in the Algarve, and conserves something of a frontier feel to it, even though you no longer have to present your passport when you get off the ferry. The link goes to its Portuguese-only municipal website.
