Cutely calling itself O!Porto!, the Convention Bureau's website is very targeted, and more casual visitors may not find a great deal of interest. There is some information about wine tourism and adventure tourism under "Touring and Adventure," and not much else.

Área Metropolitana do Porto 

Greater Oporto, or the Metropolitan Area of Oporto, is one of those clumsy, bureaucratic creations and, frankly its website is too. But the AMP takes in some 13 municipalities in addition to Oporto itself, and at least the information about them is available in English, though the site flips annoyingly back into Portuguese at the slightest opportunity.
