Footwear Museum 

Thinking in the pervy possibilities opened up by this museum's theme, I ran "aguja" (loosely, "stiletto" in English) through this website's search function and was delighted to find that film director Luis García Berlanga, Spain's most famous fetishist (or at least its most public), has been signed up by the museum and its sponsors to be the honorary chairman of the future Academia del Tacón de Aguja or Stiletto Heel Academy. Dunno what it is intended to be but it sounds juicy.

Ayuntamiento de Elda 

Capital of El Vinalopó Mitjà, the Alicante comarque or county northwest of Elche, Elda is, in the words of Wikipedia, "famous for its footwear industry, in particular for women's shoes," though it has the odd historical building and a notable Moors and Christians festival.
