The Chueca quarter of Madrid, the most important gay centre in Spain with the possible exception of Sitges, has its own portal (unfortunately, Spanish-only), probably the most important gay-dedicated site in Spain or Portugal.

COGAM 

The very earnest website of the COlectivo de lesbianas, GAys, transexuales y bisexuales de Madrid, translated here as "the Lesbian, Gay, Transgender & Bisexual Collective of Madrid." Its menu leads you to information about or for gay men, young people, transexuals, the hearing-impaired, AIDS and HIV prevention and the care of their sufferers, LGTB families, human rights, immigration, a gay and lesbian help-line, religious affairs, a radio station, library, outdoor activities and sports, and even has a corner for gay opera lovers. Most of it is not available in English, though.
