Spanair does operate international routes, but is probably of most interest to you for its domestic flights, which connect Madrid, Vigo, Santiago de Compostela, Asturias, Bilbao, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Málaga, Alicante, Ibiza, Palma Majorca, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.

León-based local airline, for the moment connecting the city of León with Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Málaga, Seville and Jeréz de la Frontera, as well as all three important Balearic Islands: Majorca, Minorca and Ibiza.

clickair

clickair (I'm really beginning to detest this fad for the wrong case) is a Barcelona-based, Iberia-controlled low-cost airline. It connects most places in Spain (except Madrid) with Barcelona. This makes it a direct competitor of Vueling (also listed on this page) and a "merger" (takeover, sell-out...) is likely this year.
