The website of the Spanish Centro Nacional de Información Geográfica, Geographical Information Centre, is mainly aimed at cartography professionals who might want to do arcane things like perform "UTM to Geodesic coordinate transformations" (or vice versa, naturally). It has some sweet things for more casual visitors, as well, though, especially in aerial photography and satellite images.
