This Catalan "Group of Feminist Lesbians" explains that they "think that we lesbian first of all are women and that our gender condition is more important than our sexual option," which is fair enough. Unfortunately, much of the site is only available in Catalan, the greatest pity being the "humour" section. To quote: "--Què diu una vampiressa lesbiana a una altra?. -- Fins al mes que ve." Now if I had said that, I would be a male chauvinist pig.
