The jobs on offer are things like au-pairing, gardening or oddjobbing, so the pay tends to be low, but board and lodging should be taken care of. So Workaway will have most appeal for gap-yearers, language learners and so on. It has 'hosts', as it calls its families and employers, all over the world, but Spain seems to be a favourite with over 100.
