Spain and Portugal for Visitors

The capital of the island is a pleasant city of about 200,000 inhabitants, not a great place for sights, but very enjoyable. This website of Santa Cruz City Council is a bit odd: if you click "tourist information", you will see a numbers of large buttons with legends in poor English with that awkward municipal feel to them: "Projects of Future," "Data of Interest," etc. There is some interesting stuff in here, but divided up with extremely strange page breaks. Weird.
