Map of Expo Zaragoza 2008

Expo Zaragoza 2008, Zaragoza

Expo Zaragoza 2008 is being held June 14th-September and promises to be Spain's major event of the year. The Expo's theme is "Water and Sustainable Development," and its advertising slogan is "Experience the Biggest Water Festival on Earth!" It will be virtually impossible to see the whole Expo in a single day, nearly a hundred countries being represented, as well as every region in Spain and Aragón in particular, plus the various performances programmed. Ticket prices start at €30.80 for an adult, or €37.90 with the cable-car ride from Zaragoza's Intermodal Station included, and go up to €72 for a three-day adult entrance ticket with cable-car rides included. Fortunately, there are significant discounts for children, young people, over-65s, the disabled and families.
