I can't either, so it might not be possible. I know it sounds ridiculous, Manzanares el Real being within spitting distance of the province of Segovia on the map, but the Sierra de Guadarrama lies between them, and anyway, transport between Spain's provinces is often like that, centralized on the provincial capitals. You have a slight chance of finding something, as the bus company connecting Madrid and Manzanares is, according to the website of the Estación Sur, La Sepulvedana, Segovia's bus company, but its website says nothing about a Segovia-Manzanares connection (I couldn't find any reference to a Madrid-Manzanares line, though, so it could be worth making a phone call). You'll find the relevant links in the Moving Around pages, and do let us know if you discover a way to do this.
If you can't, look on the bright side: Segovia is worth dedicating a full day to, anyway, while Manzanares el Real has not one but two castles, the famous one and an older, more decrepit one, plus it sits next to the Parque Regional de la Cuenca Alta del Manzanares which includes La Pedriza, a protected area known for its extraordinary rock formations. In other words, you have some great walks at hand (take care there, though, not a year goes by without at least one person getting lost and falling off a cliff or similar).
