Seville City Council
Seville is, of course, the capital of Andalusia and was once the second most important city in Moorish Spain; indeed it still has an exotic, Eastern feel to it. This used to be a really nice site, aesthetically pleasing, useful, interesting and amusing, with the bonus of really good music. It has been revamped and is now nothing like as good, lacking even a version in English.
